The American College of Obstetrician and Gynecologist (ACOG) verifies that If you’re healthy and having a normal pregnancy, it’s safe for you to continue or to start regular physical activity. Ray is pre & post natal certified and has trained many pregnant and postpartum women, seeing all the difficulties that pregnancy can bring. Perinatal exercise can help prevent and reduce low back pain, assist with the delivery process, as well as quickly get you back in to pre-baby condition. Ray will design a safe and effective training program for you based upon your current trimester of pregnancy. Some modifications to exercises will be necessary at different stages of pregnancy. To keep you and your baby safe, Ray will guide you through the exercises that you can do and the ones you should not do at each trimester of pregnancy
